He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sarah “Sallie” Costanza, children, Lisa (Nathan) Wolfe, Leslie (Bryan) Komlos, his “Bonus Daughter” Samantha (Nathan) Harr, siblings, Richard (Michele) Costanza, Robert (Carrie) Costanza, Randall (Ruby-Ann) Costanza, Rebecca (Donald) Chapman, grandchildren, Nicholas, Ethan, Annabelle, AJ, Aiden, Sage, Micah, Malaki, and “one on the way”.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Melva Harvey.
Roxie had numerous beloved nephews and nieces.
He was a graduate of Ambridge High school class of 1974. He worked as a machinist and Supervisor at the railroad yard in Conway for over 30 years. Upon retirement Roxie pursued his passion for serving God by becoming a pastor. Among his many accomplishments he founded The Back to Basics Bible Believers Church, which later merged with St. Johns’s of Lovi, were he served the congregation as pastor. He will always be known as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He welcomed all to the fellowship of God, and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2pm to 8pm in the St. John’s of Lovi Sanctuary, 1001 Freedom Road, Cranberry PA, 16006. A celebration of life will be held Monday at 11am in the sanctuary of the church. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Aliquippa. Arrangements entrusted to the Kasper-Hahn Funeral and Cremation Svc. Inc., Ambridge.
