David A. Hendrickson Economy David A. Hendrickson, 70, of Economy, was given a new body on May 18, 2020. He was the son of the late David and Betty Hendrickson. He was a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Ranger. He retired after 24 years from US Airways Pittsburgh as a machinist and a mechanic. He was an avid outdoors man, loved the Three Stooges, and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, George Cline. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Janet Hendrickson; two sons, John and Michael Hendrickson; a daughter, Paula (Randy) Jablonowski; siblings, Beverly Cline, Lee Hendrickson, Bruce Hendrickson, Laurie McCoy, and Scott Hendrickson; and grandson, Ethan Jablonowski. Devoted father of Christine (Robert) Leasure of Fombell, PA, Cecil Overcashier of Fombell, PA, Barbara (Steve) Pron of Daphne, Ala., Douglas (Joan) Falk of Fombell, PA, Craig (Jean) Falk of Fombell, PA, Maureen (Eric) Jenkins of Hopewell, PA, and the late Linda Kern. Also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren + 2 on the way. Brother of Theresa Darno of Ambridge, Victoria Indovina of Ambridge, Sylvester (Delores) Falkowski of Meriden, Conn., and the late Theodore Falkowski, Chester Falkowski, Stanley Falkowski, Florence Rompala, Mary Ann Safran, also survived by loving nieces and nephews, also dear friend from childhood, Charlie Boyle of Chicago.
Ernest was a graduate of Ambridge High School, and Geneva College, Masters Degree Carnegie Tech and PITT.
He had a long and productive career as an Industrial Engineer for both Heinz and Campbell’s and a WWII Air Force Flight engineer and witnessed the 1945 Peace Treaty with Japan.
When asked what he wanted to be remembered for, he said a good honest man, a fine father, and an achiever of his personal and business goals.

Stacy Dempsey, 37, of Economy, passed away from a brief illness on May 6, 2020.
She was the daughter of Jim and Ann Dempsey.
Stacy received a Master Degree from Robert Morris University, was a member of Beaver County Young Democrats, was an avid pet lover, and a loving person to all that knew her, especially her friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two siblings, J.R. and Chris Dempsey; uncle, Steven (Judy) Tomasko; aunt, Debbie (Bill) Bard; many cousins and her boyfriend, Eric Bollinger.

Christopher A. Chmura Baden Christopher A. Chmura, 50, of Baden, passed away unexpectedly on April 25, 2020. He was the son of Stanley and Linda Chmura. He was employed with VSMPO-Tirus in Leetsdale for over 17 years as a warehouse manager. He was an avid video gamer and golfer. Christopher was a loving son, husband, father, brother and friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years Michelle ( Blanarik) Chmura; sons, Michael ( Jessica) Truskowski Jr, Karl Truskowski and Seth Truskowski; siblings, Butch ( Shellie) Chmura, Nikki ( Joe) Santiago, Darin Chmura, Carrie Chmura, Lorrie Chmura; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mark J. Romutis, 64, of Conway, passed away on April 12, 2020, after a brief illness.
He is the son of the late Leonard and Aggie Romutis.
Mark attended Boston University obtaining a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. He retired with over 20 years of service with the City of Pittsburgh Police Department achieving the rank of Lieutenant. He served as a Lieutenant of the City of Pittsburgh SWAT TEAM. He currently was employed as the Chief of Police for the Borough of Ambridge, which he took great pride in. Mark wore many hats in his life. He held a private pilot's license; was a "Band Dad" for the Freedom Big Red Marching Band; taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh and at the Beaver County Police Academy; was an active member of Saint Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ambridge, serving as an usher and a cantor; was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 1 and Assistant ScoutMaster of Troop 427. Mark loved participating in Civil War and World War II reenactments. He was a diehard Pittsburgh Penguin Fan, always making his home the place to watch the game for everyone. Mark will always be remembered as a connoisseur of a shot and a beer and a wonderful husband and father.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Renee Romutis; his son and "Best Buddy", Sam Romutis; siblings, Len Romutis and Sheila (Bob) Allen; aunt, Lucy (Charles) Guskey; also many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Arrangements were private as per the families wishes, a memorial service will take place at a later date.
